Hot Air Balloon Over Dubai Desert
Floating over the desert in a hot air balloon made our 44th wedding anniversary in Dubai very special to us.
We really wanted to do this over Sonoma Valley years ago, but guess that this will just have to serve as a substitute for now. It was an incredible morning that started at 3:15 am, and finished with "bubbly" at home after. Can't do the "bubbly" thing in the U.A.E. in the desert.... sigh...
We saw lots of camels, 2 dessert gazelles, one very quick rabbit, and beautiful beautiful desert. That's our favorite flying story at the moment.
